Remebered that time when i and my good friend-Miffy,we were talking about this place in my tour guide book,we said~Let's go to Hunter Valley to meet the host and ~tast the best wine in Australia. I am glad i've really been there on December 28h 2011,dream comes true!!

I love this day because i almost tasted 15 different kinds of white wine and red wine, what a wonderful day!!
Hunter Valley ~it takes the most important role in NSWS which looks like "Province in Au".
We stayed in Backpacker which has Day Tout of Hunter Valley!

開了約2小時的車程,沿路都是綠油油的葡萄田,很難想像有這麼美的一塊淨土~天堂!!
雖然書上寫2.3月葡萄才會成熟,不過光看田~~我也甘願了

看著綠油油的葡萄田接下來我們要登上第一家酒莊準備品酒了...
The First One-- First Creek

The Second Valley-MCGUIGAN
This Valley wins the best prize in 2011,it's so big inside,Wine tasting area and there's another place for tour to explain the forming of red wine and white wine.
I learned that if keep the grape skin more longer in it,the wine's colour become more deep.
After finish wine tasting,there's another Cheese shop besides the valley so we went inside to taste~~Delicious Cheese!!So Yummy!!
The Third Valley~it's not big but lovely place where i bought three bottles of white wine,it usually combines with desert!!
So a little bit sweet!! 3 bottles AU:25
On the right side is red wine,and the left side called "Rose Wine", Rose wine they take out the grape skin as soon as possible,just leave them 4 hours so that its colour looks like light orange,very special colour! The red wine tastes good too,the longer it preserved the more smooth the wine it could be tasted.
He explained the forming of wine, there's the paper in front of each bottle and the price,if you thought it's good, you could tick it and later buy it.
The Forth Valley~i almost couldn't remember the name because of too much wine~~
HAHAHA!! Everyone started to get a little bit faint.><
This is really a fantastic day for me~
The forth one,there's white rose flower outside,White Rose with Wine,What a wonderful combination!
